You probably have a lot of strong sides that will benefit the business. But
one person seldom has all the skills and personality that makes the perfect
business.
You may have strong skills in selling and developing your product, but maybe
not in completing paperwork and administration functions.
Be realistic
It is important to acknowledge that you might not be the best in all fields of
work. If you know your weak sides, you are able to cover these by hiring staff.
Get help from your network or purchase any missing skills from a consultant.
Hire the best
Many entrepreneurs have said that the best thing they have ever done is to
hire persons that are cleverer than themselves. The owner must be able to lead
the company and make sure that the best persons are placed on other strategic
posts in the business.
