As the business owner you must handle numerous work tasks in the business
because you are normally the only on working in the business.
The business octopus
If you are the only person in the company you must be managing director who
take care of the overall management. You must as well be the sales manager who
contacts customers, the financial manager who looks at the financial figures,
the marketing manager who manage GoogeAds, the office clerk who answers
telephones and the bellboy who goes to the post office.
Desired work
However, often there will be key areas which the owner is particularly keen on.
When starting a business you might not be able to work with what you like the
best. Other tasks might be more urgent.
However, you can set goals that, in the future, bring you to work with your
desired work tasks more often
