The moment you finish writing the business plan it will contain obsolete
information. Every time you retrieve new information in one area it affects
another area in the plan.
You therefor have to look at the business plan as a
process. Not as a final statement.
Hopefully the concept of The Dynamic Business plan will be fixed in your
memory. If it does, you will always be alert to the dynamic changes in the
business world. And act upon them.
The knowledge your Startup needs Below you see the concept of The Dynamic Business
Plan illustrated. You need to gain knowledge about all the topics. And all the
topics interact with each other. And they never pause interacting.

Thanks for the easy understood illustration. But the issue "Business Development" might be too big a question for a small start-up as me.

Dear Mr.Thomsen,
Business Plans are dynamic which you have beautifully put down in the picture with all the variables linked together. The truth in the statement above can possibly only be understood when we actually start putting the points in the B-plan in action.
I started my business 1 year back and had (to my judgement back then) got the near "perfect" business plan to work with. After this 1 year, and after continuous updates and changes in the plan due to the way the business is performing, I have got to realize that the plan I have now is completely different from the one I had one year back.
A small problem like non-availability of skilled labor led to changes in sales projections and costs leading to changes in expansion plans and HR structuring hence leading to other changes none of which are superficial.
