Some look upon themselves as so privileged that they have the personal strength
to help the local community by enhancing the educational level, and to take part
in other social activities.
They want to take a social responsibility for the society so that they also
are remembered when they die.
Social Management
Others secure better working condition for their workers than the average
business owner. If you are an employer in India you may hire workers from the "scheduled
caste".
Others make sure that their production does not pollute the local river or
damage the worker.
